This winter, JOYCE Beauty invites you into a world where care becomes art. From 7–17 November 2025, discover the Once Upon a Winter Dream Lucky Draw, where every purchase could awaken a touch of festive magic — and reveal treasures curated for the radiant, the refined, and the dreamers among us.

1. Organizer and Promotional Period

The JOYCE Beauty – Nocturne Christmas Atelier Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organized by ImagineX JBY Limited (“the Organizer”) and will run from 7 November 2025 to 17 November 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation is open to all JOYCE Beauty Members who:

are registered members on or before the date of purchase; and
make a single net purchase of HK$2,800 or more on at least two regular-priced items, including at least one Christmas item, in a single transaction at any JOYCE Beauty retail store or counter in Hong Kong during the Promotional Period.

2.2 Each eligible transaction entitles the participant to one Lucky Draw entry. A maximum of one entry will be issued per transaction.

2.3 Employees of the Organizer or its affiliates (any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Organizer) are also eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4. Lucky Draw Mechanism and Prizes

4.1 The Promotion is conducted as an instant-win Lucky Draw.

4.2 A total of 1,342 prizes will be awarded, with a total retail value of HK$1,199,544. Details of the prize list, retail prices, and quantities are set out below.

4.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.

4.4 Images of prizes shown in promotional materials are for reference only. The actual products shall prevail.

5. Instant Lucky Draw Results and Prize Redemption

5.1 All results will be generated instantly upon completion of each eligible transaction. Winners will be notified immediately by sales staff.

5.2 The Instant Lucky Draw Results will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 20 November 2025.

5.3 All prizes must be collected on or before 31 December 2025. Any unclaimed prizes after this date will be forfeited without notice or compensation.

6. Personal Data and Privacy

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by the Organizer for purposes relating to administration of the Promotion, notification of winners, and post-campaign analysis.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent conduct.

7.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical malfunction, communication failure, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the Promotion or the operation of the Lucky Draw.

7.4 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.

8. Language

In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
