All Goods purchased in the Store or Website cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective Goods subject to the terms and conditions in this return and exchange policy.
If you believe that your Goods are defective, please email your request for exchange with reasons (e.g. the details of defects/issues) and photos in support of your request within 7 days of purchase. We will contact you by email or phone and make any necessary arrangement with you (e.g. return of the Goods to our Store as designated by us for inspection and checking) as soon as possible. However, if you do not hear from us within 7 days after your request, please send an email to email@example.com.
If we approve your request for exchange, you must return to us the original official invoice and all the original packaging (including but not limited to the protective packaging and sleeves, labels, packaging box and all accompanying documents and items), all in good and unused condition.
No exchange is accepted if the original official invoice or any part of packaging is lost or used or not in good condition or discounted items. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the Goods shall be returned upon exchange.
No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-JOYCE Beauty coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by the malls.
JOYCE Beauty reserves the right to amend or terminate this refund and exchange policy without prior notice.
JOYCE Beauty reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
