Event Terms & Conditions 

1. Reservation Confirmation
   All reservations will be confirmed via WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number to receive the confirmation message.
   
   
2. Booking Fee and Redemption
   A booking fee of HK$300 is required upon reservation. This amount is fully redeemable for Oribe products or designated services on the day of the event.
   
   
3. No Changes or Cancellations
   Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. Absence will be considered as forfeiture of the deposit, and the booking fee will not be refunded or transferred. Exceptions will only be made in the case of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), where a refund or rescheduling may be arranged.
   
   
4. Gift Redemption
   Upon completion of the workshop, guests will receive one Oribe Hair Alchemy Minis Trio+ gift (valued at HK$320), while stocks last.
