JOYCE Beauty Radiant Revival Summer Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer and Promotional Period
The JOYCE Beauty Radiant Revival Summer Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organized by ImagineX JBY Limited (“the Organizer”) and will run from 11 June 2026 to 21 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is open to all JOYCE Beauty Members who:
- are registered members on or before the date of purchase; and
- make a single net purchase of HK$2,800 or more on at least two regular-priced items in a single transaction at any JOYCE Beauty retail store or counter in Hong Kong during the Promotional Period.
2.2 Each eligible transaction entitles the participant to one Lucky Draw entry. A maximum of one entry will be issued per transaction.
2.3 Employees of the Organizer or its affiliates (any entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Organizer) are also eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4. Lucky Draw Mechanism and Prizes
4.1 The Promotion is conducted as an instant-win Lucky Draw.
4.2 Eligible participants may draw one prize ticket immediately from the designated Lucky Draw box upon completion of an eligible transaction.
4.3 Prize entitlement will be determined according to the prize ticket drawn.
4.4 The Lucky Draw process is conducted on a random basis and all eligible participants have an equal chance of winning.
4.5 A total prize value of HK$1,000,189 will be awarded during the Promotional Period.
4.6 The detailed prize list, quantities and retail values are available on the official campaign webpage.
4.7 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.
4.8 Images of prizes shown in promotional materials are for reference only. The actual products shall prevail.
5. Instant Lucky Draw Results and Prize Redemption
5.1 Winners will be notified instantly at the point of transaction.
5.2 The Event Closure Declaration will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 29 June 2026.
5.3 Winners must redeem prizes according to the instructions stated on the lucky draw ticket or official campaign materials.

6. Personal Data and Privacy
As participation in the Promotion requires JOYCE Beauty membership registration, participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizer may use the personal data already provided under their JOYCE Beauty membership account for purposes relating to administration of the Promotion, notification of winners, and direct marketing (if applicable), in accordance with the JOYCE Beauty Privacy Policy. No additional personal data will be collected solely for participation in this Promotion.

7. General Conditions
7.1 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent conduct.
7.3 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
8. Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
